So much going on this month already and so many pictures to share! First off, thank you everyone for all you sweet birthday wishes! I sure do feel lucky to have so many amazing friends and family who made me feel pretty special yesterday ;) We celebrated early last Saturday…. my in-laws took us out to a nice dinner and then to the Mark Chesnutt concert. Loved the music and enjoyed a few too many drinks! Funny how you just don’t recover from a night out like that like you used too! Guess I’m feeling my age these days! Had a blast though – Thank you Buddy & Susan!! Worked the last two days, but had a perfect quiet evening with Blaine and my kids last night for my birthday. Blaine brought home Chinese and we had left over ice cream cake from the girls at work. Opened some cards and got attacked with silly string by Grayson and Blaine!

Took the kids to the rodeo parade a couple of weekends ago with the McIntiers.
Cowboy dress-up day at school… Grayson doesn’t normally get excited about going to school, but he definitely was this day!
I think this was the same weekend my parents had us over for a little Super Bowl party. Grayson is carefully considering his betting options here and writing in a big G in his squares! Funny seeing this picture now because he actually ended up winning $25!!

LOTS of birthdays this month….. too many to count! Two birthday parties last weekend and a couple this coming weekend This was out at Buddy and Susan’s for Great Grandma’s 81st Birthday! Colbie, Madisyn, Grayson, Cash and Reagan.

So happy to say that Grayson has totally turned a corner with his soccer! He has been a completely different child on the field the last two games and at practice! I don’t know what happened, but he loves it now and is always asking me when his next game is and whining that it’s not sooner. He actually scored his first goal last Saturday!
We’ve also enrolled Colbie in her first gymnastics class for toddlers. We’ve been doing it for a few weeks now every Thursday morning with Becca and Maggie and the girls really seem to have fun. Here they are showing off some of their moves!

Grayson shaving with Daddy! And you just have to appreciate this outfit below…. clearly he gets himself dressed most days….. it is a battle I have learned to let go of. He picked out a football jersey, camo pants, fireman rain boots and a cowboy hat. Can’t say the boy isn’t well-rounded!
And Missy will love me for this picture later on, but she just looked too darn cute! Plus, this is where she is spending a lot of time these days and she is doing really well so far! I definitely feel like we’re making progress!
Well, off to soccer practice soon and then to a birthday dinner with my parents for my brother & I!
